1.Children should be monitored at all times

 

2. Units should not be operated if wind exceeds 25 mph or in rain/lightning conditions.

3.Units should be set up in accordance with safety procedures.  

 

 4.Children should be sorted by size. Only children of the same size should be allowed in the unit at the same time. This reduces the chance of injury.

5. Children must remove loose or sharp objects including jewelry before entering the unit.

6. Absolutely no " Silly String ", gum, candy, drinks, animals, shoes, sharp objects or other sticky substances in the unit.  Some of these substances can ruin the unit.

 

 7  No roughhousing or horseplay while in the unit. No climbing on the nets allowed.

 

8. The rules posted on the warning sign must be strictly enforced.

9. The minimum height requirement is 36 inches for all of our inflatable rides.

                                                *Cancellation Policy
Zero Gravity Inflatables reserves the right, for safety reasons to cancel in the event of adverse weather conditions. (rain or wind exceeding 15 mph). We understand last minute things come up and cancellations are a fact of life.

Requirements

                                               *Emergency Procedures

Weather-- Bad weather can arrive in the form of rain, lightning or strong wind. In each case you want to evacuate the unit as quickly and safely as possible.  Help children exit the unit quickly, but in an orderly fashion. After everyone has exited the unit , deflate the unit by turning off the blower then folding the bounce over once so the interior is protected from the weather. Inflatable’s will not be set up if wind exceeds the manufacturer’s specification.

Loss of Electrical Power-- When a loss of power occurs the unit will slowly start to deflate. Remain Calm you should have ample time to help riders quickly and safely exit the ride. Our inflatables have removable tops in case of power loss.  We will show you how to remove the top to your inflatable before we leave it with you.  
Check to see if the blowers have come unplugged If so plug them back in and the ride will re-inflate.  DO NOT LEAVE THE UNIT UNATTENDED.

Damage- If the ride becomes damaged while in your operation or is ripped or otherwise begins to lose air, assist all riders from the ride and deflate it. Write down what happened, when and any other details you observed and turn into Zero Gravity Inflatables.
